Please see the below breakdown of shipping charges.

Shipping charges will be calculated at the checkout stage.

All international shipments are sent via Royal Mail International on a signed for basis and tracked where applicable. Please note that packages sent internationally may not exceed more than 2kg per parcel. You will be notified at checkout if your order will exceed this weight.

Only merchandise is available for international shipping, alcohol sales are not permitted.

Returns Policy

We only accept returns and refunds for stock that arrives to you damaged. We do not accept returns for clothing that does not fit so please check the size guides carefully.

If stock arrives to you damaged you must let us know within 10 days of receiving your order and you may be asked for proof of the damaged item. In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged please mail info@valhallayork.com and include your order number. We shall either offer you a full refund or ship a replacement product to you.

We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide either an incorrect address, postal code or incorrect contact telephone number. Please check this information when placing your order.

Payment

We only accept payment via PayPal.

PayPal is a major online merchant and you can make a payment without the need for a PayPal account. Your payment can be made using a wide range of credit and debit cards directly on the PayPal website which you will be directed to via the checkout process.
